The National will be appearing on Tubridy Tonight on May 10th ahead of their 3 night stand in The Olympia. Hopefully they'll be allowed to play live instead of the usual RTE bullshit of having to sing over backing tracks.
Oh and they've added a new Irish date. 8th July in Mandella Hall in Belfast.
Here they are appearing on Letterman performing a great version of Fake Empire.
I do bits and pieces for a couple of websites so I decided to collect it all here. It also gives me a place to write anything that doesn't fit anywhere else.
Dancing About Architecture is an almost weekly indie rock on 411mania.com. I'd imagine it's a mostly North American audience so written with those folks in mind.
Cluas.com is an Irish based indie website. I write a fortnightly gig guide for them and the occasional review.
If I'm linking to an MP3 you own the rights to and want taken down let me know and it'll be gone.

Bands always play live on Tubs. It is the Late Late that make you do the backing track.
I stand corrected. They do it on the kids shows too.
